Looking to buy dayz hacks

Sorry if I'm not very knowledgeable about the different kinds of things that go on with hacking in DayZ, but currently I'm looking to buy any kind of hack that would allow me to teleport where I need to on the map and dupe player bodies nothing else really crazy like carpet bombing or anything. Would also like it to be updated and ready to use in new patches without repurchasing and would have a pretty low chance of being detected. Could anyone refer me to anyone that could supply this to me?
