Today I'm selling an account with just over 4.2k RP. I am not going first, but I will use a verified mm. I don't have email access to this account, so neither will you, but you can easily just logon to it, send yourself a friend request, then send yourself the RP. The ranked is nothing special, so the account is basically just for the RP. I will also just send the RP if someone doesn't want the account as I wouldn't mind keeping the account.
